Tranny cooler install with ARB

any of you guys who have the arb know if you have to remove the bumper to install the B&M tranny cooler? was gunna help out a friend and he has the arb with the winch in it.

you shouldn't have to, but then again it depends on where you are going to mount it. i put my coolor behind the front grill area and never had to remove the arb.
 
If you dont need to remove a stock bumper, don't see why another bumper would matter. All I can think of is maybe the light bar will get in the way.

No you don't just pull out your grille. You have more clearance with a arb than a regular bumper anyways

Yeah, just remove the grille. It has a few little plastic tabs that hold it in that can be a pita, I broke a few of mine and zip tied the grille back on. It's actually a lot tighter now and doesn't rattle anymore so it worked out good.
 
if you are good and have patients you dont even need to remove the grille, but yeah it helps and the ARB has a lot more room in behind it than the stock bumper....
 
thanks guys. yea i installed mine already with stock bumper and brush guard on it..but fonerunner gunna install his but he got alot more things up front and underneath than me that i thought would make harder
