Tranny fluid change

Ok so its about that time to change the fluid out on the tranny. I have a 2002 limited runner with about 115,000. First time ever doing this so bare with me if i ask a stupid question.

Whats the best type of transmission fluid to put in.
Where is the nut located on the bottem of the transmission to drain it
And Where do you put the fluid into? ( where is it located also )

you do no most if not all the fluid is in the torque converter might have to take it to a transmission place and have it flushed

I use Redline. You can buy it online. A bit expensive but I've heard good things.
