Tranny question

I have a 2001 4Runner SR5 that has 191,000 miles on it and looks and runs great, until I get into overdrive that is. When on highway and I get over 50 mph, with the slightest press of the accelerator the truck starts "bucking". If I put it to the floor it hesitates for a moment and then takes off. To stop this from happening I have turned the O/D off and the thing runs great with no "bucking". Any ideas what I need to do with this?

I think your trannie is slipping, I would bring it to a transmission shop, have them test drive it and see what they think.
