Tranny Swap

My kids 93 4Runner trans finally took a dump.
I have a line on a good used transmission minus the transfer case.

To swap over the transfer case is it as simple as Unbolting the transfer case and rebolting it to the new transmission or am I missing something ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Might need a fresh gasket.

If your trans is forward shift, get a forward shift transfer. If it's top shift, find a top shift transfer. They do have forward to top conversion kits, I think. Trail Gear maybe?

He has a 93 it's forward shift only
