trans. acting wierd

I pulled the oil pan off and attempted to do the seal which is bad. the sun was going down so as soon as i pulled it off I had to put it back on. Now my auto transmission is not shifting properly.

p.s. when adding oil dog bumped me and oil got on my serp. belt ans is now slipping anything I can put on that; and could that be causing the problem with the trans. not working properly, and shifting roughly?
