Trans fluid over line

My 2000 4runner's trans fluid is brand new, red and clean.

However just got home and checked it with the car off after a 20 minute drive and it is reading over the last line.

Should I drain it, or not be concerned?

how far over the line??? it shouldnt be too hard to drain some, I usually feel good when its in the middle of the x's.

Needs to be checked while running, either in park or neutral.
