Transfer case disassembly

I have seen BFAD's thread where he changed the seals on his transfer case.

I haven't seen anything else about taking the rest of it apart. I have it all apart down to the rear input gear bearings? I think thats what its called. One, does anyone know how to get the input gear drive bearings off? I really need to get this thing apart so I can get it put back together.

Also, this is going to sound really dumb, but any special silicone used to make the gasket on the transfer case?

Answer to your gasket question at end of second link. These are assuming you have V6 engine/VF3am T-case.

Which t-case? I've torn into a VF2A and the FSM was very helpful, other than not being clear on which orientation the shift keys go in.
