Transmission Drain and Fill Procedure?

I thought I saw a posting that contained the procedure for trans fill on the sealed 5 speed on this site, but I've searched and I can't find it.

Anyone have the procedure they can post?

Is it as simple as filling until fluid comes out of the overflow plug? Does the trans fluid need to be hot? Engine off?
