Transmission fluid service notification at 34K miles?

I posted this in one of my other posts but I need to get some traction on this situation. I have a 2019 TRD with 34k miles and I just got a service notification from the vehicles on board computer stating service transmission fluid. This seems to be premature for a transmission fluid service. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem because I would just change the fluid but I’m currently on my second trip out west with this rig hitting trails in northern Arizona and Utah. I still have two weeks of running trails ahead and then the drive back to the East Coast, wanted to get y’all’s opinion if you think the fluid can you handle another 3000 and 4000 miles? And my second question is has anyone ever seen a transmission fluid service notification at 34K miles on the forerunner?
Closest dealership to me right now is back down in Flagstaff Arizona but I hate taking my vehicle to the dealer, not sure what their processes is for fluid service on the transmission.
Any info would be greatly appreciated, or if you know a good shop in this area that can do a good service on it.

Remain calm and carry on. If it’s not a DTC then you’re good. Just another money grab from the dealers. Half say never change it, the other half say change it at 30k. LMAO.

I can't even be bothered updating it when i do oil changes. Just a bunch of blank menus, forget its even there.

I just did a transmission fluid exchange and I must say I really like the design on these transmissions; after driving American vehicles all my life and Having to drop the pan to service the transmission I must say I was pleasantly surprised. You have a drain plug fill plug and overflow plug just makes it so easy. I used the thermal gun and a port scanner on my last fill to check the fluid temperature and it worked out really good.
The fluid had a little life left in it but I’ve always done my transmissions around 30 or 40,000, and I was surprised at how dark the fluid was. I bought 12 quarts from the dealership and ended up doing 10.5 quarts (3 drain and fills) with an extra half a quart on the final fill to make sure the fluid was at the right level after letting it heat up to 104°F and opening the overflow plug. Overall I’m really happy with the process and the design of these transmissions.

IMHO after break in period of the vehicle is over, lubricating fluids needs to be changed to remove metal shavings. I'd say, go and change it at 35K, next will be at 100K. also change diffs and TC oils. And again my opinion only, that without removing and cleaning trans pan, just flushing out old fluid pointless, as a lot contaminants remains there.

I once replaced my ATF at 60000 miles and found it was still in good condition. I removed my oil pan to make sure i could completely remove the old oil out of the transmission and followed this procedure. It was for a 4th gen 4runner and I think it works with the 5th gen too.

If I were you when you get home from your trip do a drain and refill. Don't know if yours has a dipstick or not, mine does, but I always dump what I drained out into a 5-quart engine oil jug and see how much came out and put same back in.

Did mine at 50k - The fluid wasn't dirty but certainly wasn't fresh either. I ended up removing the pan - It's important to note that the torque setting on some of the drain/fill plugs are in INCH pounds. You know your trans plan is sparkly clean when you have to replace it due to a stripped fill thread...
