Transmission Fluid???

Ok I have a 1986 SR5 runner with the manual W56 transmission. I've never owned a runner and want to do a change on all the fluids. Could you guys please make some suggestions for the following...

1. Appropriate gear oil for the differentials?

2. And appropriate transmission fluid?

I'm about to go back home to see the family and would like to take the runner with me so time is short. Your feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've been a fan of Redline oils and used them in my last truck for most of the time I had it.
I looked up your 4R (non-turbo ?) and MT 90 is recommended for the trans and trans case. 75w90 for front and rear diffs.
