Transmission shifting hard sometimes?

I did do a search on this topic, I just want to see if there are any other opinions out there, other than what I all ready read.

I have a 1992 4 cylinder, five speed. I just recently got cold around here and I've had intermittent shifting problems. Sometimes I can't get my truck into gear. It is the worst trying to shift into fourth. Seems like I have to rev the engine and jamb the clutch pedal to the floor. The transmission never grinds, and shifts smooth other wise. The other day it was stuck in reverse. It seems to me like it is a thick fluid problem, bad syncros, or bad clutch parts. I think it is time for a new clutch. I just changed the trans fluid this summer, put in valvoline synthetic. And the clutch master cylinder is full of fluid, doesn't apear to be leaking. And the slave cylinder doesn't apear to be leaking.

Any ideas, I think it is time for a new clutch
