transmission soleniod harness connector help, please

I know this is an old thread, but I'm in exactly the same position you were. Swapped engines but missed the main transmission connector when pulling the engine and pulled all the wires out of the connector. Now have everything put back together, but don't know which wires go to which terminal. I've gone through all of the suggested videos everyone posted, but there isn't a really clear picture on any of them as to which color wires go to which pin-out position in the connector. Can anyone get a pic of theirs, or have a clear diagram of where they go. Thanks so much in advance. Engine runs great, but with no tranny obviously can't take it anywhere yet

You may find what you need at the following link, which has links to shop manuals for the 4th Gens as well as manuals for the transmissions, 4wd and 2wd, it will take a lot of reading to see if they have what you're looking for.

I think what you really need is the electrical manuals which may be at that link as well but I didn't open all the files to find out.

Hopefully someone will be able to get a photo of the connector for you.

I know if you subscribe at the link below you should be able to download anything you need directly from Toyota, but I have never used it before and not sure what the cost is involved using this site.

I've searched around in my vast archive of crap and can't find what you're looking for.

I'm wondering if it would be worthwhile (not having any idea what it costs) to just get a new replacement cable?

I'm not sure a new 2004 OEM harness is available, most likely discontinued, I would try and find one at a salvage yard.
