How hard is it to swap out an auto tranny for a manual in a 94 Runner 4x4

Since the t-case is part of the auto tranny, harder than you think.

Also, the auto tranny is controlled by the ECM, so that might have to be swapped too. The ECM may not work probably w/o the tranny attached.

But this doesn't mean it can't be done. People do it a lot. You just have to know what you're doing and what you're getting into.
