I'm going to call tomorrow and ask the dealer about the gaskets so I'll post any info when I have it.
Part two to this question is this...
I am leaking at the joints so I'll need gaskets but the exhaust tubing right where it meets the muffler has come apart. Now the TRD exhaust is supposed to be all stainless which I know to be BS since the original tip rusted away and it seems some welds on the tubing have degraded. If it was regular steel I would just weld it up and be done but since it's stainless and I don't tig weld I'm not sure how to repair this. The only thing I can think of involves making a plate for the side of the muffler, weld a small extension tube that so the other piping will slide into it, use a regular exhaust clamp to secure that and... either screw the plate end to the muffler or possibly bolt it on using nut serts.
Any other ideas for joining carbon steel to stainless without tig welding?
