FS- TRD Cold Air Intake for 2009 4Runner

Im selling my TRD CAI from my 2009 4Runner. I bought it 1 year ago. I installed this kit on my 4Runner and immediately took it back off the very same day. I did not know it would be loud enough for my wife to notice. Also I have a toddler now and won't be needing it. The only thing is I lost one of the small screws that holds the metal plate on top of the airbox.

Im open to offers but please no low balling. This kit has only been installed for one day and is brand spanking new. Thanks!

I'm not sure on that one.... When I bought it it stated that it was for 2006-2009 models.

Isn't the stock air a CAI?? Doesn't it take air from outside the engine firewall on the 06-09 at least. I was told that you only need a better filter and you would be fine??

Yes, it is. An aftermarket intake system has less restrictions compared to stock so it brings in more air and noise. A drop in filter is cheaper than the full system and allows better air flow than stock for a very reasonable price. IMO, drop in filters are the best for the money.
