TRD exhaust fro V8?

anyone know if TRD makes a dual exhaust for the 05 & up 4Runner V8?
I've been others on www.burtmanindustries.com/
but didn't see any TRD listed.

Also what is the round appendage at the end of my exhaust pipe? Looks like some one plugged it and let it blow up, is this part of the cat system? Or for looks?
