TRD Exhuast Rattle

On my '08 w/ about 5k miles it sounds like the dealer installed TRD exhuast is rattling itself loose but only at higher RPM (higher frequency vibration).

I'm wondering what the likely hood is of it actually being loose or if its normal since it never sounded very good 2-3k RPM short of the red line.

Is it stainless? I had problem with stainless exhaust before. I think thinner material is used to save weight and cost of production. I'm back to heavy stock and love it.
