TRD headers cracked again

Just got back from a trip to Baja, and on my 3rd day i noticed what seemed to be an exhaust leak, little checking and determine the TRD headers have a crack just above the collector.This is the second time in 2 years. Should i just replace the TRD headers with something else ? With What.

those headers suck IMO, have you checked the welds on those? i can do better blind folded

What should i replace the Headers with. ? Factory manifold and down pipe ?

That there is a bit out of my price range. Where is the best place to get a oem manifold and down pipe ? Do not need new either.

Wow...are the TRD Headers really that bad? That sucks.! I've been looking at these...they seemed affordable...I should have known it was to good to be true.

Well, I guess I'm stuck with stock manifolds...there's no way I'm paying $800 for a set of headers. To me...there's not enough return for the buck. But then again...I don't have force induction either.

Has everyone else had the same problem? Not doubting you guys...just hoping maybe yall got a bad set???

add a flex pipe to relieve tension. vibrations causes cracks in headers/exhaust systems
