Might be worth it if you live somewhere that the cold oil would be thick... but in most places 0W20 flows pretty darn well within like the first 1 second of firing up. Heck I thought I saw a study somewhere showing it flows just by the time the engine is taking over from the starter motor, and if the car's been driven the day before, there's usually a little oil film still in the cylinders etc overnight to protect it for the 1 second before.
That said, I feel like I read in the past about some other benefits of the TRD filter... but nothing to make it twice the price or more. I think it's a rebranded filter someone else makes.
