TRD PRO Brushguard

I'd have to come up and see this in person from clearwater. Typically I'm very much against brush guards but I'm more into rock crawling. Florida isn't really about the rocks

come on man, if someone has enough money to blow on Westin stuff, they probably have wasted a lot more money on other things like a Huge house, a hispanic maid, multiple variants of range rovers and mercedes, and convertible BMW's for their 16 year olds birthday

This answers my question why this vehicle has no park distance sensors. Toyota hath left them off so we could put these on.

Now if I could just figure out why there is no illumination in the cargo area, half of my questions about this vehicle will be answered.
 
I don't care for it myself and there have been countless post about how much worse these are for your truck than nothing at all. BUT, it is your truck and it is a 4Runner.. I have plenty of things I spend my money on stuff that others would think was a waste...

I would seriously love a maid... that would be the best gift ever.
 
Every time I have had a friend with something like this on their truck they always were loose and you could wiggle them. I don't think they look too bad, they just have always seemed flimsy.

If you look at the pics you can see how small the connecting arms are at the bottom of this huge thing. Seems like it is designed more for looks than function.

I have nfab nerf bars on my 4runner so who am I to comment!

Yep & I have factory tube steps...heh...so I'm not judging either. I think they do serve a function if you pass through a bump gate on the regular. Or if you hit a medium size animal or drive through a lot of brush, it might provide some protection. I agree it probably doesn't warrant its own thread; but whatever. If the OP likes it that's what matters in the end, yeah?

Yea, like I mentioned earlier I went out "off-roading " for the first time and in my area no rocks but we drove through lots of brush so this will help I think. It's a Florida thing :bigok:
 
Curious but where did you pick it up? Not wanting a brush guard but would be nice to locate some new off road customization shops locally
