Admittedly, I don’t follow all the specific model year changes and options for the T4R the way I probably should, which is why I have this question...
My wife has an inferno TRD Pro. We bought it in 2017, and since they were only made in 2015, we had to look forever to find it and ended up having to go to Atlanta to buy one. At that time, the Pro was the only model that had the Pro wheels and grill, so anytime we encountered one in the road, we knew at a glance that it was a Pro. In the past 6 months, I’ve started to notice a LOT more Pro wheels and grills on 4R’s in our area. On closer inspection, they don’t appear to actually be TRD Pro’s. Rather they are “TRD XSP” or something like that.
Has Toyota started using the Pro grill and wheels on other models?
