TRD Supercharger ECU compatibility

I searched for the answers through out Google, and the forums. I still Can't Find the answer. The TRD supercharger I bought was for an 01+ Tundra. The Reason Why I am asking this question, The older tundra Uses Cable for the Throttle, The 4runner Uses drive by Wires. I do not want to burn the TRD ECU. I also, Found the pinouts for the 4runner V8, but not the 01 Tundra V8.

Does the TRD ECU work for the 03 4runner V8?
