trd tacoma rear shocks on 4runner

My dad just took his rear billstein shocks off that came on his trd sport tacoma. I was just wondering if anyone has ever put these shocks on their 4runner.

Okay am not 100% but I believe the Tacoma shocks have an eye mount top and bottom where the bolt goes through the shock to mount to the vehicle. The 4Runner has a post and nut system on top where the shaft of the shock extends through the mount up top between some rubber washers and then has a nut that holds in it place. So it would not work to take Tacoma shocks and put them on the 4Runner
