TRD Transmission cooler vs Hayden

Looking though all of the treads some people say Hayden coolers are the same as the TRD ones with different mounting hardware.

Can anyone tell me if the TRD parts are interchangeable though the years?

The part listed below from what I can tell is for a 99-02 V6 4runner or a 00-04 Taco.

PTR26-89950

Will the above part number work on a 06 v6?

According to some threads the Hayden 678 is the same cooler as the TRD except without the TRD markup others point to the Hayden 679.

00-04 tacos have A340F transmissions, you have an A750F if you have 4x4, and A750E for 4x2. It COULD work theoretically, but I wouldn't try it.. Thanks, good idea for me, now, though...
