TRD Tundra/5100 Bilsteins rubbing?

Hi...I just installed some 5100 tundra shocks with TRD tundra springs and the spring is rubbing on the inside fender towards the engine? I havent got an alignment yet..could this be the cause? Also Im getting a 1 inch height difference from driver to passenger side and was wondering if this was also because of the alignment or rubbing issue? Im not sure why the passenger side is not rubbing, but that the side that is sitting lower.

No offense but it sounds like they are installed improperly. Please post pics and part #'s used. I have the exact same setup and don't have any of these issues.

Cant see how I installed them wrong, only because the passenger side seems ok. But you never know...Ill take them apart again and see if I can find anything and takes some pics to post to see if you guys see anything. Thanks for the reply.
