Tread Lightly Online Course

I just got through taking the "Tread lightly" online course and they have very good intent but if i were to follow all the rules laid down in the course, I wouldn't be able to go off road any where in my area, any of you guys take this course and find that everything you do off road is wrong?

it is a bit heavy handed, but the essential point of it is... leave things better than you found them.

so dont rip up the trail or knock down trees or go off the trail.

thats about all you need to worry about. the rest of it is more geared to appropriate land use.
