Treadwright cracking issues?

None. I wouldn't waste my money. At the end of the day, it doesn't take any experience to know that they are selling you used tires. If it is unsafe to buy an unused 5+ year old tire, then why would I trust a tire that some guy intended to throw out? Who knows what the carcass has been through. And I've heard the same horror stories on other forums.

They still shouldn't have big cracks like that. You can buy some no-name M/T's for cheap at Discount Tire. At least you will be getting something new and customer service won't be crap for when something goes wrong. You get what you pay for.

Some pics of my new GT Radial Adventuro M/T 305/70r16. Got them for $580 shipped from Discount Tire Direct on ebay. Cant beat the deal. I have known of Jeep guys running these and they work out pretty well.

Perhaps you should consider abstaining from posting in a thread concerning a specific product you have absolutely no firsthand experience with. The condescending "/thread" crap really grinds my gears.
