Anyone have experience with them, especially the Warden? It looks like a great option for replacement tires and have read some good things. Curious about how they are and longevity. Have 75k on my Michelin's and there is still a lot of tread left, at least another 30k plus, but I am always interested and keeping abreast for when the time comes.

you think you're going to get 105K out of a set of tires? Which michelins are they? seems a bit far fetched...

Why? I got 115k out of KOs. They had 1/4" of tread left too.
While I wouldn't consider retreads for my use off-road I know a number of people who are very happy with them. The current versions appear to be much better than the old from what I've heard.

Probably won't, just curious as they look really good and I have heard some good things. They are also much cheaper.
Easily. They are the LTX M/S2. The original Michelin's lasted 105k. Had the same tires on my old 4wd Ranger and got 125k and they were just about at the wear marks and could have gone a little further, but with its lighter weight I opted to get new ones before winter.

I'm not sure if they've always done this, but Treadwright uses a "remolding" process that's a lot different than retreading. I just happened to see a manufacturing video that was explaining their process and was surprised to learn that. I have no experience with their tires, but I've been watching them for a little while. You can even get walnut shells and glass mixed into the rubber compound for improved traction. I am a little skeptical of the lack of a typical warranty though... they only appear to offer a two-year limited warranty and nothing based on mileage. Interesting.

I agree, but they are not retreaded, they are remolded. Big difference and the molding is done just like new tires. I believe they reject over 1/2 the tires they get in. Each one goes through an extensive machine and computer inspection process to decide if it will get remolded. I don't like that they don't have any mileage warranty so I won't put them on my 4runner, but for a strictly off-road truck I think they might be a good choice.
