I tried to looking for the accessory straps but they didn't show up from the group buy vendor. They probably had to have a pro version, which doesn't exist.

Tred charges $20 for a pair of leash. I was thinking of using dog leashes that I have laying around. I also thought of cables at the hardware store. We sell tie downs, straps, recovery straps, etc. I got me some lifting straps. 1 inch wide and 10 feet long with loops from both ends. Breaking strength is 800 lb. This was a better way to go and they're yellow. Amazon has the item that we sell to give you an idea of what I am talking about.

Ugh so apparently FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address so now I've opened up a case. Don't think I'll ever see my Tred Pros. Sigh.

Both my sets were delivered today. I have seen Maxtrax in person but never actually handled them. Was surprised at the weight of these guys. They are no joke! That's a good thing to withstand abuse though. Hopefully I will be able to weld up some roof rack retainers to get these mounted soon.

Thanks for checking in. It had magically appeared on my doorstep the day after even though the day it was supposed to be delivered the tracking number said delivered and when I call the FedEx CS they stated that it was delivered as well. Weird.

I ordered one mounting bracket (should have ordered 2...duh), and have not received it yet. Nor have I received shipping notification.

On a very good note, I already had an opportunity to use my TredPro's. My 15 yr old nephew got his TR4 stuck (real good). So I deployed my brand new TredPro's and got him out. I am very impressed with the construction of these. Very glad I got in on this group buy.

Yes, I just did. I will update this post when I hear back from them.

Also, I did just notice that on the shipping notification email they sent me, it stated that the mount would be shipped direct from manufacturer.
