Trimming/rubbing help

I tried searching prior to the post, but it seems that the search funtion is not showing as many results as it used to.

I recently added some of the amazing BFG 255/75/17s along with some Helo835 wheels that take the place of spidertrax spacers; the question i have is whether you needed to trim your front fenders or not. At 3/4 turn either direction I feel/hear the contact on the liner and I can see the slight rub under inspection.

Has anyone else with the 255's experienced this front rub?

I'm looking for a thread or tips on front liner trimming. I read somewhere that maybe zip ties can help to pull the liner foward and avoid the need to trim; how is this done?

Any help is much appreciated; thanks!

I cut out about half of mine and zip tied it up. My buddy has an xterra and he used a heat gun to melt the lining and push it up higher. But if you can see where it is rubbing than you should know what needs to be trimmed.

Pics?

Are there any pictures of trimmed front liners out there? I'd just like an idea of what it will look like and maybe some ideas with zipties; thanks.
