We are about to leave for Utah on Saturday for a week. We were going to drive and road trip the runner but with a 1 year old decided against for now. We are going to be staying in Eden about 45 minutes north of SLC and snowboarding at Snowbasin and Powder Mountain and whatever else we can get into. Any recommendations for good places to eat, things to do, places to get and/or drink craft beer? Let me know can't wait to get out there.
