trouble with passenger side window, need help

I have a 2002 and yesterday i rolld the passenger side window all the way up and when it go to the top it immediatley went back down to half way all on its own. Has anyone ever had this problem? If so, what is going on?

You know what I have an 02 sport and every so often when the car is on I will go to roll up my driver side window and when its almost to the top it will want to roll down again. I just roll it up again and its fine, just a little bug i believe.

i guess so...yesterday was the first time i had ever seen it in 8 years

yeah its new to me too maybe 2 times in the past year.

Do you have in channel vent visors? It sounds to me like something may have activated the pinch protection

I dont have vent visors. I was advised it is a glitch or a very minor switch issue but nothing to worry over as it happens very seldom.
