Troubleshooting fog lights.

I have no voltage coming from the fog lights at all. I checked the relay and saw another post that suggested I swap the AC relay with the fog's. Still no fog light. I checked all the fuses that I saw and they all look fine. I'm not totally sure which fuse is the fog one. Any help appreciated.
