Truck noises

hey ya'll,

my '92 runner has 293.5k miles on it, and has just started to make a noise switching in between low & high pitched flute like noises, as if someone were killing it, basically.

It sounds like its coming from the mid-back-bottom end of the engine,

Any ideas?
