Truck pulsating while braking need some direction.

So I have read the posts and here is my situation. I have a 2003 Limited 4wd v6 4runner. Had some steering wheel shake while braking. Replaced front rotors, front pads, and rear pads. Lubed bolts with antisieze and lubed pads with brake quiet. Steering wheel shake is gone and brake pedal feels good but I am getting a pulsing feeling as in the whole truck when I am braking. Again the steering wheel is not shaking (my typical warped rotor experience ) and I am getting no odd feedback from the brake pedal.

What am I missing or should I be looking for. I have fixed brakes on all of my Toyota trucks and Landover (most temperamental brakes know to man).

Thanks in advance.

Mine does that too, shakes and pulses but only from certain speed ranges (or maybe when they're hot?) I'm too also interested in this

Mine too. It did it pretty bad when I first got it for 6 months. Recently I slammed on the brakes hard on an offramp and screeched the tires at 50 mph for a split second to test the brakes. Not to say it went away after that but I haven't noticed it as often. Its very likely I've just gotten used to it... Not a recommended solution just thought I'd record a percieved experience.
