Does anyone have one on? I'm close to pulling the trigger one one from SRQ's website. I just want to see some pics with them on but I have found about two and that's it.

I'd avoid SRQ if you can. I've ordered a number of things from them and only ONE of my 6-7 orders came hassle free, which was Total Chaos Diff Drop. Every last one of my packages had something wrong with it - missing parts, wrong parts, wrong color, etc. - after sitting around in there shop for months on end. And it's VERY coincidental that EVERY time I reached out for an update the order "just happened" to be working on it right then and had it finished, boxed up and shipped right that very hour. For f*cks sake I informed them they sent me the wrong sockets/connectors with my clear corner lights, and all the said was "Weird. They should work. Thanks." and left me to deal with it.
Also that swingout is very close to the hatch. Better hope it never takes a hit and buckles a couple inches backwards, our hatches are built like glass and can't take impact for shit. By far the weakest part of our vehicles - we even got a "very poor" rating for rear crash protection when they were released

I have had similar experiences as Devbot. Ive had to hound them via email to get my order to ship, or for updates with regard to orders. This was a huge reason I didn't partake in their recent group buy for the exhaust...even though I need a new exhaust system. I think that says a lot when someone isn't willing to do business with a company to save $200 bucks on a $800 regular price product...but I'm just one person. Others may have smoother expierences.

Haven’t ordered much from srq but I was satisfied with the few purchases I’ve made. They were also good with the warranty issue I had. check out true north’s Instagram account, if you scroll through all their pics there are definitely a few of the rear bumper your looking for.

I too have had a hassle of an order with SRQ. It was only a pair of LEDs so not monumental, but it took many pictures and two videos before they would agree they sent me the wrong lights, and then when I returned them I had to email twice more before I got a refund.

Can't you order from true north fab directly?

Oh for sure, but that was about Devbot's "..that swingout is very close to the hatch. Better hope it never takes a hit and buckles a couple inches backwards, our hatches are built like glass and can't take impact for shit."

That part makes me uneasy.

Oooooh okay. I misread that.

I really like the look of eimkieth's rear bumper, but it does require a good amount of fabrication work. As of right now he doesn't have the swingout hinge released for sale and it's only the hinge. You'll have to design and fabricate the rest of it.

What LEDs did you order? Most of the LEDs we sell come straight from Diode Dynamics so we follow their fitment guide for orders, if their guide is incorrect they will honor a return/refund after we provide photos/videos of the issues. Sorry your experience/return was dragged out. Feel free to reach out in the future if you need anything and I'll make sure you have a different experience.

These bumpers have been on the market for over 3 years and have never heard an issue from a customer regarding the tire carrier getting pushed into the hatch, even after an impact.

What did you order? When orders are ready to go out, they go out. If your order was part of a backorder or something, I'm sorry for the delays, the last year has been crazy. Not sure when you ordered but we now have a full-time customer service person that normally gets back to customer emails within an hour or two during business hours. Phone lines are open 9am-5pm EST.

First off sorry to hear about the issues with all your orders. Someone who has ordered that much from us shouldn't have to deal with that. Feel free to send me a PM and I'll get you taken care of. Up until Jan 2020, it was a one-man show so a lot of stuff fell through the cracks. There are now 7 of us working to get orders out as fast as we can.

I'd recommend 4xInnovations rear bumper. Very tried and true, I'd say it's the oldest swingout bumper on the market. It's heavy, but beyond that I see no major downsides, and even that one is debatable for protection-sake. It's also very affordable. I installed mine about a month ago, super stoked and happy with it.

I too have had issues with SRQ.
Ordered springs for my lift, waited and waited. Had to email them to see when they would ship. Was told they'll ship "end of the week" etc.

Took a full month for them to ship. I was going to cancel since the order hadn't even been picked but they have a ridiculous cancellation policy (15%).

Finally when the order shipped it was into black friday so I asked if I could at least get the BF pricing, was told no, can't do that. Never once was I apologized to.

I'll do my best to avoid purchasing from them in the future.

It's plastered all over the site that the 5100/OME lift kit has had and still has major backorders. ARB (OME) was closed for 6 weeks and had no inventory in the USA for almost 8 months. Bilstein is still struggling and we were supposed to have hundreds of shocks here last week and now they are saying the end of January. I know you already received your kit but I figured I'd trying to explain what it's like getting parts in 2020/2021.

When we talk to customers about when lift kits are going to be shipping, it's all based on what the manufacturers tell us, we aren't purposefully trying to mislead anyone. I wish we were the size of companies like Wheelers, Toytec, etc. that has pull with these manufactures but we can't even get Bilstein to pick up a call from us.

Anyways, sorry about the issues with your order and hope you give us a chance to make it right in the future.

"Plastered" all over your site huh? I ordered two sets of springs, both of which show in stock. The only place I see "backordered" is for the 5100 shocks. I wouldn't call that plastered.
I understand supply issues but then don't show them as in stock. And if they aren't in stock, at least give a courtesy email saying so. If I knew you didn't have them in stock, I would have ordered from elsewhere from the beginning

All OME springs are in stock now which is why they say in stock. We got shipments in right before the New Year that we ordered in August. It looks like you ordered 861 springs which were the absolute worst of the backorders as ARB normally doesn't even stock them in their warehouses.

I'm not trying to argue with you and I am truly sorry that you were unhappy with your experience. Like I said in the above comments to other people, feel free to PM me and I will do what I can to rectify any issues.
