Trunk Subwoofer

Can anyone tell me what size the speaker sub in the rear passenger side panel of the trunk is. I tried searching and couldn't find anything. I drive a Supra so i dont know anything about the 4runners. This is gonna be part of a christmas present for my father. Thanks to anyone that can help me out...

Do you intend to buy a different speaker to make it louder?

This won't work, but you can try. It's an 8" with minimal depth allowances.

no its just that the stock one is blown already and we realy wanna replace it with something better. Thanks a lot for the help

The repair manual doesn't say what size speaker, but it gives a lot of other info, including removal/installation.

I pulled the PDF's for the rear speakers in case they could help.
