TSB for Sulfur - was refused warranty

So I dropped off the 4 Runner today to have them fix the Sulfur issue. The guy calls at the end of the day to tell me that "the technician couldn't duplicate the problem." I was SOOO peed-off!!! Roll the window down, you'll smell it!! Then he told me "my VIN didn't match the 4 Runners that were under the TSB".

Problem is, it stinks like a dozen rotten eggs and needs to be fixed. How can Toyota not fix the issue if it's there???

I'm sure there will be plenty of others with this same complaint. Supposedly the "fix" was already done on the newest ones, which mine is. But let me tell you, this thing STINKS!! I'm waiting for a call back from the Service Manager...

take it into another stealer and see what they can do.
