There are a couple of them, depending on the source of the noise.
NV005-06 is for the track squeaking where the track sits in the brackets that are bolted to the floor.
NV004-06 applies to just about all Toyota vehicles, covering the possibility that the brackets themselves rattle where they are bolted to the floor.
NV011-06 is for the manual seat (not power seats) moving around in the track, creating a noise and/or the feeling that the seat is moving around.
