Hello all,

This message board has been great and helpful. Thanks very much for all your time and effort. I was looking at the TSB about the engine mount noise yesterday as I have a similar situation also. But I am wondering when and on what basis would they perform all the TSB on the vehicle? I assume they won't simply performs all 41 TSB items as should in all-data... would they do most of it when the customer ask for it or they will perform one particular item as they see fits the customer's complain?

Dealer ususally don't fix TSB issues unless the owner actually complains about the issue.

stands for Technical Service Bulletin

basically, they are things that don't necessarily effect all vehicles, and are not necessarily dire safety things that might warrant a recall or other immediate fix. What happens is a customer complains about something to the dealer, the look in their database and see if toyota has released any info on that and if they do, they follow the TSB. for examples, just search for tsb and pdf files on this website and you'll find ones people have attached. the sulphur smell threads come to mind.
