TSB's for 96 4runner

Hey there - I was looking on buying a 3rd generation model - 96 model. However I saw Thai post this on one of the forums.

"In the '96 4runner, make sure that the head gasket TSB was done. And, of course, check to see if the rear suspension TSB was done"

Is there any way I could tell if the previous owner took care of the recall's for this year??

I think I found it - I used Thai's URL's - back tracked a little - and voila

Uhh maybe on second thought I am not the first to do this - but oh well - I thought it was my little way to contribute. However, after doing this I am a little confused . I can't find anything about the TSB's that relate to the headgasket, or the suspension. Should I be looking somewhere else.
