I don't think I have ever seen one in gloss black and as I am doing my lower valance area in gloss black figured I would test it out using some scrap vinyl I had lying around.
I think I like the matte letters better against the matte black grille so won't be doing it, but thought some might be interested to see how it might look.
Just a heads up to be careful if you put vinyl on. I had a small piece of the grille coating pull up when I removed the vinyl. I filled it with black sharpie, but you can still see it easily.
