I finally got around to cutting my driving lights to fit behind the grill. I didn't want to zip tie them to the front so cutting them to fit in the grille was my only option. Now I need to decide if I want to glue them in or cone up with a hidden bracket of some sort. The only problem is these grilles don't offer many spots to mount to that will be hidden from the front.

Looks very clean! I may try the same except I tend to mess up DIY projects.

Finally had a minute to open up my McGeorge ordered grill. Not perfect but not horrible either. Fighting the temptation to go half moon gap, would like to wait for the full reveal and a much needed car wash.

Looks good, the black helps blend in with the grill. I think red will stand out more.

Practice is the only way to get better at it! I got my lights from eBay and they only sell them in packs of 20, so if you got the same pack you'd have plenty of lights to practice on. I paid $16 for 20 lights and there really isn't much cutting to do.

Same.

So I was waiting until I got solid word from the manufacturer. To sub quote what they said. "When we placed our order for material, the supplier was just ending their extrusion cycle. This is like getting to a red light right as it turns red. We have to wait the entire cycle to get our order."

That was not great news. But in manufacturing there is not much you can do. Our material is currently in transit from Indiana to here in California. So weather permitting we should have our material in and our run done mid week next week. And then a few days after the run for post processing.

I know everyone is excited to get there covers. And as soon as we can get them shipped they will be shipped.

Letters are coming along. Have over 50 sets made. Once I get s final count I will put up the remain letters on the site.

Also will be receiving a final test print of the 3d letters I had drawn up. Again once we get them and are happy with the results a order will be placed.

So long story short. Yes the letters will be available soon.

Same! Thanks for the updates. I have grill and lights ready to go. It's like having all my Christmas presents but waiting to put up the tree. I'm too excited to finish the mod!

Since my lights and grill are ready to go, and the weather is crap outside, waiting is all I can do. But in the mean time I updated my patch collection hahah. Indoor mods
