Bottom of cover is just about 37 inches and top is about 33 1/4 inches. Final diminsions will vary about 1/8th of and inch maybe less.

Well I got my second grille today. It was barely better. So instead of waiting for a new one again I decided to paint it.

First I wiped it down with a wax and grease remover. Sprayed it with 3 coat of plastic adhesion promoter. Then 3 coats of satin black paint. Seems like it is sticking and no weird issues. Looks like this will be our best option until/if Toyota fixes the issue.

I think more or a matte finish is closer to stock but it doesn't look bad.
