No set time yet. Last update I got was. The molds were about 50% complete. I'm think by the end of February

No. Probably won't be one. I don't want to run into issues with toyota and the legalities. making the letters is close enough for me.

FYI I talked to the dealership about ordering an upper grill. They searched for the part and told me that there was a "nationwide back order". Hopefully they have recognized the issues with the grills and are manufacturing a new batch!

I ordered the upper grill from Toyota of Dallas parts and they had it in stock and shipped via FedEx the very next day.

Yes the letters are sold out for right now. The demand for the letters was more then what I was expecting. So, once I get caught up on the letters that have sold then they will get put back up. Currently looking in other option for the future. They maybe 3d printed or injection molded.


For anyone reading this that has ordered letters. Yes your letters are going to get made on time. Already have a lot of them made. But I need to allocate time for packaging, final assembly of the covers, and any other final details. I want to make sure everyone gets there covers sooner then later.

Yes. After seeing how "great" Toyota does on there grille and cover. I am pretty sure our packaging will be a lot better. We will have better fitting boxes and better bubble wrap.

Toyota uses a box that is 6-7 inches too long and 3 inches too wide. And everything just bounces around. We found a box that is a closer fit. And Toyota only uses a loose foam wrap. We will be using a bubble wrap that us tighter wrapped and tapped so it doesn't come loose.

I got mine from BAMWHOLESALEPARTS. They were priced at 178.18 but had free shipping and a coupon code of TOYOTA which took 5% off. grand total 169.27. took a couple days to ship, but its on its way now VIA FEDEX
