tube bumper guard

I saw a picture of a 4runner i thought on here that had a tubular front and rear bumper but i cant track down the picture. The factory bumper was not replaced these were just in front of them. Can anyone help me out with some information on these? They look like they would be a cool addition to the 4runner.

Gooogle a company called WAAG , they make some front and rear bumper guards.

Is there light mounting tabs on the Eurotech ?

The ones I suggested called Waag are use a lot by law enforcement. I the front / rear bumper guards , but there is no place / tabs to mount lights.
