Tundra 231 brake parts list & build

Can someone point me to the thread with the 231mm build & parts list I will need?

I am doing a 3 inch lift and putting '05 17inch sport wheels on my 2000 limited. I want to know if I'm clear w/o any modifications? If not, then I'm just going to do the 199mm.

Also, I am new to this so I am assuming this is just for the front any recommended mods for rear or just leave them stock?
