From what I've heard it is a lot more involved...some have done it. Try searching around.

It is possible and actually not horribly difficult to do. That being said, its labor intensive from what I have seen. Perfect example being [MENTION=67615]Dirtco[/MENTION]'s build. Heres the links to the page that has his rear end build with disc conversion. He went the extra mile doing other mods as well, but the conversion is covered there as well. This is the link to the page in his build where it all goes down.
