tundra coil isolators?

i have 5100s, tundra coils and toytech 3/4 top plate spacers that im going to be installing soon, do i still need the tundra coil isolators? i dont even understand what those do so can someone explain that for me

I could not tell you from first hand experience but, from what I have researched in regards to doing a Tundra lift on a 3rd gen T4R, you need them. I think I remember reading that the coil spring isolator helps seat the Tundra coil in the correct orientation when installed with the 4Runner top plates.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong!
 
The isolators go into the top plate and help hold the tundra spring in better since it is slightly wider than the 4runner springs. Why are you using top plate spacers with the bilstein 5100s?
