Tundra rotor too thick

Would the tundra rotor fit in the T4r caliper if it were cut to the same diameter?

I posted this in a thread but figured it would get more views on its own.

The stock 4runner rotor and the Tundra rotor are the same diameter. The difference is the thickness of the rotor.
